Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using bevMetrix. These terms form a binding agreement between you and bevMetrix LLC.

Acceptance of Terms

–By creating an account or using bevMetrix, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
–These terms apply to all users, including administrators, managers, and staff members added to your account.

–bevMetrix is a bar inventory management platform that provides tools for tracking stock, managing vendors, generating purchase orders, and analyzing costs.
–We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

–You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
–You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
–You may not share login credentials across multiple businesses or resell access to the platform.
–We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

–bevMetrix is offered at $99 per location per month. Your subscription begins on the date you complete checkout and renews automatically on the same day each month.
–Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
–All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
–We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

–You agree to use bevMetrix only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
–You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the platform.
–You may not use the service to store or transmit malicious code, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or interfere with other users' access.
–You may not scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from bevMetrix without written permission.

–You retain full ownership of the inventory data, product records, and business information you enter into bevMetrix.
–By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
–We do not use your business data for advertising or sell it to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
–You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for maintaining backups of records critical to your business.

–bevMetrix and all associated software, designs, trademarks, and content are owned by bevMetrix LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
–Nothing in these terms grants you a right to use our name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.

–bevMetrix is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
–We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or that data will never be lost. You should maintain your own backups of critical records.
–Cost calculations, par level suggestions, and order estimates provided by bevMetrix are tools to assist your judgment — they are not financial or legal advice.

–To the fullest extent permitted by law, bevMetrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
–Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

–You may cancel your account at any time through the Settings page or by contacting support.
–We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.
–Upon termination, your right to access the service ends. We will retain your data for 90 days after cancellation, after which it will be deleted.

–These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
–Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

–We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
–Continued use of bevMetrix after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance.
